Job Description

Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role is based in Newark, NJ, but is remote.Responsibilities:

• Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
• Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights.
• Contribute to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of partner communications.
• Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
• Establish a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
• Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
• Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.

The role offers:

• Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
