Requirements:
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through.
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
