Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Publisher Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of publisher accounts, executing daily campaign operations, analyzing campaign performance data, and contributing to revenue growth. They will also maintain organized records of partner communications and collaborate with internal teams to scale campaigns.Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
  • Completely comfortable both working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours whenever they occur.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization and follow-through.
