Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc partner needs.
Role Involves:
- Account Ownership and growth of a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Campaign Execution including creative testing, launches, and budget shifts.
- Performance Optimization using campaign data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
- Revenue Growth by expanding account opportunities and upselling placements.
- Documentation & Reporting of partner communications and campaign decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Partner Communication to support retention and strategic alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
