Role Involves:
Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with accuracy.
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve KPIs.
Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upsell placements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to scale campaigns.
Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
