Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves leveraging relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Publisher Account Manager will own a portfolio of publisher accounts, manage relationships, optimize campaigns, and increase partner value.Responsibilities include:
  • Executing daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights
  • Expanding account opportunities and upselling additional placements
  • Maintaining organized records of partner communications
  • Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams
  • Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
  • Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization
Launch Potato offers:
  • Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year
  • Profit-sharing bonus
