Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The role involves leveraging relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The Publisher Account Manager will own a portfolio of publisher accounts, manage relationships, optimize campaigns, and increase partner value.Responsibilities include:
- Executing daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy
- Analyzing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights
- Expanding account opportunities and upselling additional placements
- Maintaining organized records of partner communications
- Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams
- Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization
Launch Potato offers:
- Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year
