Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. This role involves relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc partner needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
- Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upselling additional placements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
