Job Description

Launch Potato is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Publisher Account Manager will maximize performance through relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
  • Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
  • Maintain organized records of partner communications.
  • Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Establish a recurring communication cadence with partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
