Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role is fully remote and based in Las Vegas, NV.
Role involves:
- Owning and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Executing daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights.
- Contributing to top-line growth by expanding account opportunities.
- Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
- Partnering with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements:
- Completely comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner/business needs outside of standard hours.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
- Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
Role offers:
- Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
