Launch Potato is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to drive growth and retention across its publisher partnerships. The Publisher Account Manager will leverage relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize performance. This role requires a proactive, growth-minded approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Role involves: - Managing and growing a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Executing daily campaign operations with accuracy.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
- Contributing to revenue growth by expanding account opportunities.
- Maintaining organized records of partner communications.
- Collaborating with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Establishing a recurring communication cadence with partners.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
Role offers: - Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
