Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Publisher Account Manager. This role involves driving growth and retention across Launch Potato’s publisher partnerships through relationship management, data-driven optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities: - Account Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve KPIs.
- Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with media buyers, analytics, and creative teams.
- Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Experience with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.
- Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting adhoc partner needs.
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded approach with a high level of organization.
The role offers: - Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
