Role Involves:
Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts.
Campaign Execution: Execute daily campaign operations with 100% accuracy.
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to improve key metrics.
Revenue Growth: Expand account opportunities and upsell additional placements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of partner communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to scale campaigns.
Partner Communication: Establish a recurring communication cadence.
Requirements:
Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours and supporting ad hoc needs.
Ability to interpret and act on performance data across KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.
Proactive, growth-minded approach with strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing.
