Job Description

iFood, a leading Brazilian technology company in Latin America, is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to join their team in Osasco, São Paulo. The company connects thousands of restaurants to millions of consumers daily through innovative solutions, averaging 100 million monthly orders. iFood's offerings extend beyond food delivery to include Mercado, Farmácia, Pet, and iFood Pago, their Fintech arm.

The Senior Growth Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition, optimizing results across sales and communication channels. They will manage and evolve CRM tools, conduct strategic campaign analyses, and develop communication strategies for customer recovery and retention. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve operational processes and staying updated with Growth market trends.

Role Involves:

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Managing and evolving CRM tools for efficient operation and actionable insights.
  • Conducting strategic analyses of campaigns and conversion funnels.
  • Developing communication strategies for inactive customer recovery and new user retention.
  • Participating in Growth experiments and measuring the impact of initiatives.
  • Automating operational workflows using data and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve technical aspects of the operational cycle.
  • Monitoring Growth market trends and proposing innovations.
  • Creating detailed performance reports (ROI, CAC, LTV).

Requirements:

  • Experience in Growth Marketing or related fields, with a focus on high-performance campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation tools.
  • Experience executing campaigns in channels like WhatsApp, email, SMS, or chatbots.
  • Ability to connect various company areas (commercial, product, finance).
  • Results-oriented profile with the ability to transform data into optimization actions.
  • Experience analyzing critical KPIs for marketing and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies and results.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
