- Conducting weekly meetings with product and design teams.
- Governing product, home, and CRM tests.
- Monitoring entry points and behavioral baselines.
- Performing post-mortem analyses of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer journey.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with projects involving CRM, marketing calendar, and branding.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
