The Growth Business Coordinator role at iFood involves developing and implementing growth strategies focused on retail, including freight and promotions, with an emphasis on markets and wholesalers. The candidate will create a menu of solutions and new growth levers, proposing and monitoring tests to understand the impacts of the actions performed. They will lead and develop the team, promoting an environment of innovation and continuous analysis. Maintaining a good relationship with stakeholders and other areas of the company, ensuring the collaboration and integration of growth strategies is also key.
iFood is looking for someone with:
- Analytical knowledge, with mastery of tools such as Sheets and Excel; fundamental knowledge in SQL.
- Ability in presentations and clear communication, facilitating the exchange of information and ideas.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different scenarios and challenges, demonstrating resilience and proactivity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, essential to lead and inspire the team.
