Job Description
Clear Street is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to contribute to their mission of modernizing the brokerage ecosystem. The Engineering Program Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging project management, organizational, analytical, and change management skills to deliver projects aligned with the company's business growth strategy. This role involves collaborating with engineering, business, and product teams to achieve global business growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Work closely with individual engineering, product and business teams to clearly communicate the deliverables, timelines, and track closely on progress.
  • Help the team to define phases of complex programs, identify dependencies, prioritize book of work so that the deliverables can be achieved with efficiency
  • Balance time to market with strategic goals - and help the team to focus on the right priorities
  • Identify project blockers and get the right people together to resolve the blockers
  • Consistently provide stakeholders transparency on the progress of the program
  • Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in project management, change management, organization change or operational excellence within industry.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders, and managing multiple teams’ deliverables
  • Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
  • Bachelor's degree required
