Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Westchester, Illinois, and surrounding areas. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and a supportive environment for professional growth. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
Role Involves:
- Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Leading and empowering a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
- Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Cortica offers:
- Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,200 - $113,200
