Job Description

Club Monaco is seeking a Key Holder in Burnaby, BC. The Key Holder will contribute to the financial growth of the company by supporting store goals and delivering excellent customer service. They will also assist with operational procedures, loss prevention, and people development.

Responsibilities:

  • Protect the customer experience and help achieve sales goals.
  • Provide a welcoming environment and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Maximize personal sales and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Support the management team in training new associates.
  • Supervise the sales floor and develop sales associates.
  • Responsible for opening/closing procedures and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Assist with inventory preparations and maintain operational integrity.
  • Participate in merchandising activities and maintain store standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make effective decisions and stay focused on results.
  • Dedicated to high levels of customer service and sales productivity.
