Job Description
DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for New Verticals Partnerships to join their International New Verticals team. This role is based in Toronto, ON, and involves working with some of the largest global retailers to drive growth on the DoorDash marketplace and their own channels. The Senior Associate will support the merchant’s omnichannel strategy, helping them find new ways to acquire, engage, and retain customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and support relationships with strategic partners.
  • Lead business reviews with partner's senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams.
  • Project manage new launches and store expansions.
  • Design marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Conduct test deliveries and gather consumer behavior insights.
  • Lead special projects to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • French & English language fluency
  • 3-5 years of high-impact experience in client management (consulting, banking, account management, or marketing).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Team player with willingness to collaborate.
  • Problem solver with analytical skills.
  • Track record of building and implementing ideas.
  • Owner mentality and ability to drive multiple projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
