Job Description
Re-Leased is seeking a seasoned and ambitious Account Executive to accelerate growth in the APAC region. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and cultivating a sales territory and selling Re-Leased to prospective clients. This role involves building relationships with Commercial Real Estate firms, including landlords, property managers, and accountants. The Account Executive will represent the Re-Leased brand and drive its mission forward by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with Commercial Real Estate executives.
- Running full sales cycles from prospecting through closing.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Championing Re-Leased in the market and building exceptional relationships.
- Developing deep knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry.
- Conducting heavy outbound prospecting with call and email campaigns.
- Collaborating effectively with various internal teams.
Requirements: - 3+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record in opening opportunities and closing new business.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- A confident, assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
