Re-Leased is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth within the APAC region. This role focuses on generating new business leads through outbound sales activities and working closely with Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate and B2B sales, with a strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate with C-Level executives.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and championing the Re-Leased product.
- Understanding forecasting and sales pipelines.
- Executing against set sales and revenue targets.
- Ensuring high-quality data recording.
- Providing insights on growth opportunities.
- Fostering exceptional customer relationships.
- Attending and participating in industry events.
Requirements include:
- Background in commercial real estate with B2B sales experience.
- Understanding of activity-driven success and KPI experience.
- Ability to identify trends in data and new opportunities.
- Understanding of technology or experience selling technology-based products.
- Experience communicating technical content and influencing decisions.
- Proven ability to be well-organized and focused on delivery.
