Nourish is seeking a Partnerships Strategy & Operations Lead to drive growth in their fastest-growing revenue channel. This role involves designing and implementing systems to scale partnership revenue to $100M+. The Partnerships Strategy & Operations Lead will report to the Head of Partnerships and will be responsible for building the go-to-market strategy and execution, from designing the operating model to building infrastructure that drives growth. Nourish is an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition.
Responsibilities: - Lead strategic planning and develop go-to-market frameworks.
- Design team goals and supporting architecture.
- Lead hiring strategy and operations.
- Own the systems that power productivity.
- Quarterback high-impact special projects.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or investing and strategy, operations, or product roles at a high-growth startup.
- First-principles thinker who loves breaking down ambiguous problems.
- Systems-minded problem solver.
- Highly analytical and comfortable building analyses from scratch.
- Strong communicator and project manager.
- Self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity.
