Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Partnerships Strategy & Operations Lead to drive growth in their fastest-growing revenue channel. This role involves designing and implementing systems to scale partnership revenue to $100M+. The Partnerships Strategy & Operations Lead will report to the Head of Partnerships and will be responsible for building the go-to-market strategy and execution, from designing the operating model to building infrastructure that drives growth. Nourish is an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition. Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning and develop go-to-market frameworks.
  • Design team goals and supporting architecture.
  • Lead hiring strategy and operations.
  • Own the systems that power productivity.
  • Quarterback high-impact special projects.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or investing and strategy, operations, or product roles at a high-growth startup.
  • First-principles thinker who loves breaking down ambiguous problems.
  • Systems-minded problem solver.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable building analyses from scratch.
  • Strong communicator and project manager.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity.
