Job Description
Instiglio is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage the Empowerment Hub and Brand and Communications team. This role involves orchestrating across various teams, elevating Instiglio’s voice, and ensuring the organization meets its influence and outreach KPIs. The ideal candidate will advise and support leadership in crafting thought-provoking content, develop strategic outreach efforts, and ensure Instiglio’s brand is a powerhouse.

What this role involves:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Instiglio’s Empowerment Hub and communications strategies.
  • Tracking key trends and influential voices in government effectiveness and development.
  • Safeguarding Instiglio's brand identity and guiding its evolution.
  • Driving the development and overseeing the creation of compelling content across all channels.
  • Designing targeted campaigns to spotlight team and partner achievements.
  • Fostering relationships with peer organizations and thought leaders.
  • Supporting the development of concept notes and proposals for fundraising.


Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in development communications or related fields.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Deep understanding of global development and public finance management.
  • Strong track record of communications and advocacy campaigns.
  • Excellent written, oral, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
