Job Description
Beauty Pie, a luxury beauty and wellness buyers' club, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on customer engagement and retention. This role involves driving impactful initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement, and spend. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Engineering, to execute initiatives that meet customer needs and business goals.

Role involves:
  • Owning high-impact engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Delivering product features that drive loyalty and repeat shopping.
  • Supporting the creation and execution of the product roadmap.
  • Turning insights into data-driven product decisions.
  • Designing and running experiments to test hypotheses.
  • Partnering with Product, UX Design, Engineering, CRM, and Data teams.
  • Leading the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing products or customer engagement roles within a consumer or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact products in an agile environment.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs with a focus on retention, engagement, and conversion.
