Job Description
FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Estately team, a new platform for financial advisors. This role involves building a thriving sales channel within a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Build prospect lists of financial advisors.
  • Initiate contacts through cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Articulate product solutions and overcome objections.
  • Create personalized outreach to target accounts.
  • Collaborate with account executives.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets.

Requirements:
  • Advanced/Fluent/Native English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sales databases and tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.

What FreeWill Offers:
  • Full-time, remote, contract position.
  • Base salary of $25,000 USD.
  • Commission of $5,000 USD for a possible OTE of $30,000 USD.
