FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their Estately team, a new platform for financial advisors. This role involves building a thriving sales channel within a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build prospect lists of financial advisors.
- Initiate contacts through cold calls and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Articulate product solutions and overcome objections.
- Create personalized outreach to target accounts.
- Collaborate with account executives.
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent/Native English proficiency.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sales databases and tools (Hubspot, Salesforce).
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

What FreeWill Offers:
- Full-time, remote, contract position.
- Base salary of $25,000 USD.
- Commission of $5,000 USD for a possible OTE of $30,000 USD.
