Paralegal (6-month FTC)

Job Description

UNiDAYS is seeking a highly organised and motivated Paralegal for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in commercial legal environments and a strong understanding of privacy and contract law. The Paralegal will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel and support a range of critical legal activities.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Supporting privacy compliance efforts.
• Conducting legal research and drafting internal guidance notes.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining contract templates and internal legal knowledge bases.
• Supporting the legal team in managing external legal spend.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of legal operations and processes.

Requirements:

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent); LPC or SQE1 completion is preferred.
• Prior experience in a commercial legal environment.
• Strong understanding of GDPR.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• High level of attention to detail and project management abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects.
