Job Description
UNiDAYS is seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Operations Manager to support and optimise the efficiency of their end-to-end Commercial process. This role is pivotal in unblocking revenue, maintaining data integrity, driving operational excellence, and delivering impactful training for Commercial staff. The Commercial Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with Commercial, New Business, Finance, and other support functions to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities include:
  • Proactively monitor and resolve blockers preventing revenue collection.
  • Maintain visibility of contract renewals and act to avoid lapses.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and ensure data remains actionable.
  • Monitor data hygiene and integrity across key commercial systems.
  • Document and update process documentation to support team alignment and scalability.
  • Own the development and delivery of the Commercial Training Programme.

  • Track record of process documentation or playbook creation (desirable)
