Responsibilities:
Research and resolve homeowner issues using internal mortgage servicing system.
Document all homeowner communications.
Promote Valon-specific products and services.
Identify and locate delinquent accounts.
Collect payments or set up repayment plans for delinquent accounts.
Requirements:
Previous mortgage servicing experience.
1-2 years of call center experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong oral communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with other business areas and team members.
