Job Description
Valon is seeking a Resolution Specialist to join their Client Experience team. This role is client-facing and focuses on providing exceptional service to homeowners. The Resolution Specialist will handle inbound and outbound emails, as well as overflow inbound phone calls, addressing homeowner inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts, payments, and loans.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer homeowner inquiries via research and coordination with back-office teams.
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries via chat.
  • Manage and respond to direct homeowner email inquiries.
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls.
  • Guide homeowners through questions and issues related to their accounts.
  • Research and resolve all levels of homeowner inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous, professional, and efficient email responses.
  • Communicate with various internal departments for homeowner-related inquiries.
  • Adhere to all company policies.

Ideal Background:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Google Suite experience.
  • Mortgage or servicing experience.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Ability to multitask and navigate different platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Can type 45 WPM or more with 90% accuracy.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with other business areas.
  • Ability to de-escalate customer issues.
