Valon is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator II to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves shaping the culture and daily operations of a high-growth tech start-up. The Workplace Experience Coordinator II will be responsible for fostering company culture, maintaining a welcoming office, and supporting team productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Foster company culture through regular employee events.
- Onboard new hires and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain a stocked kitchen and office equipment.
- Manage workplace effectiveness and make workstation improvements.
- Understand employees' roles and responsibilities and maintain relationships with local leaders.
- Build relationships with vendors and building management.
- Manage travel for internal teams' on-sites as needed.
- Assist with company-wide off-site planning.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Positive attitude and ability to self-motivate.
- Organizational skills.
