Job Description
Altera Digital Health is seeking a Business Analyst to provide technical and application support at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. The Business Analyst will work under the direction of the Manager to provide application solutions for assigned business areas. They will serve as a liaison between application technology vendors, internal IS groups, and business users.
Role involves:
- Workflow analysis
- Gathering requirements and defining specs
- Testing
- Training
- Technical support
- Working on SCM
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree preferred and/or other relevant combination of training and experience.
- 0-2 years Industry experience preferred
- 2-5 years practical experience in providing technical support and maintenance in assigned product preferred
- Excellent client facing skills with the ability to thrive in a highly critical, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, self-directed and attention to detail required
