Job Description
Praxent is seeking a LATAM Senior QA Automation Engineer to enhance their team's capacity and velocity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing automated testing and API testing, documenting edge cases, assessing risks, and proposing modifications to acceptance criteria.   • Ensuring the team understands acceptance criteria
  • Tracking daily progress
  • Limiting team’s QA kickback
  • Delivering stories as assigned
  • Finding opportunities to increase capacity and velocity
  • 4-5 years of hands-on QA Automation experience
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and executing performance tests with JMeter
  • Experience with Postman, SQL/DB performance testing, and writing/maintaining test plans and strategies
  • 5-8 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects
  • Experience presenting to client stakeholders
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring
