Job Description

The company is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive the rapid development, iteration, and deployment of AI solutions. The AI Solutions Engineer will work directly with leadership to identify high-impact use cases and quickly implement AI agents and automation tools. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Role Involves:

  • Collaborating with leadership to identify automation opportunities.
  • Designing, prototyping, and deploying AI agents.
  • Using tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, and custom Python scripts.
  • Iterating based on feedback and performance data.
  • Building integrations between AI agents and business systems.
  • Developing end-to-end automation workflows.
  • Documenting workflows and providing training.
  • Serving as the go-to resource for rapid AI experimentation and deployment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Proven ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI agents.
  • Experience integrating AI tools with business systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear communication skills.
