Job Description
Trase Systems, co-founded in 2023, is seeking a Director of Product Management for their AI Platform. The company empowers enterprise leaders to harness AI, offering an end-to-end solution for deploying, managing, and optimizing AI, bridging the "last mile" of AI adoption, driving efficiency and cost savings.
The Director of Product Management will define the vision and strategy for Trase Systems' foundational AI platform, enabling users to seamlessly define, build, deploy, and manage agentic AI solutions. This role involves end-to-end ownership, from strategy to delivery, working with customers, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and pre-sales.
Role involves:
- Defining platform strategy and vision for a cloud-based AI agent platform.
- Developing and managing a detailed product roadmap.
- Translating user flows into actionable product requirements.
- Participating in architecture discussions for a scalable solution.
- Ensuring platform validation capabilities and auditability.
- Articulating the platform vision at conferences and with customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development and adoption.
- Staying informed on the competitive landscape for AI platforms.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in product management for AI products or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and building/managing AI agent platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud application development solutions and PaaS.
- Experience with data integration, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
