Job Description
Trase Systems is seeking a Director of Product Management, Healthcare, to define the vision for building industry-leading healthcare AI agent applications. This role involves shaping innovative AI solutions from concept to deployment, focusing on automation and the unique requirements of regulated healthcare environments. The Director will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery, and will work closely with customers, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams.
Role Involves:
- Defining strategy and building roadmaps for healthcare AI agent applications.
- Understanding healthcare workflows, technology stacks, and operational nuances.
- Translating insights into product and platform requirements.
- Working with customers on design partnerships.
- Driving the execution and delivery of features and products.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of product management or engineering experience in AI/ML or platform products, with a focus on healthcare provider organizations.
- Understanding of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare customers.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Self-starter with a bias for action.
