Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Manager of End User Computing to lead a team focused on improving satisfaction, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. The Manager will support the Internal IT team to meet customer and colleague expectations. This role is based in Tampa, FL.

Role involves:
  • Setting goals and objectives for team members.
  • Supervising the End User Computing Team.
  • Updating policies and procedures.
  • Leading and prioritizing daily activities.
  • Managing, mentoring, and coaching team members.
  • Coordinating cross-functional communication.
  • Communicating with stakeholders.
  • Building new processes/programs for team scaling.
  • Proactively seeking solutions and improvements.
  • Owning the customer experience.
  • Creating and maintaining operational metrics.

  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
