ConnectWise is seeking an Associate Partner Success Manager to join their team in Tampa, FL. In this role, the individual will be responsible for aligning with leadership at the low-touch and tech-touch partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to help these partners progress on their transformation journey. The Associate Partner Success Manager will work with cross-functional teams to help customers accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise.Responsibilities:
Providing support to cross-functional teams with high attention to detail.
Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
Coaching and reviewing the work of other team members.
Ensuring partners derive maximum value from their investment.
Building and nurturing relationships across accounts.
Monitoring partner usage data, health indicators, partner maturity scores, renewal dates, and growth opportunities.
Evangelizing the capabilities of products across the entire platform.
Developing an understanding of typical business challenges faced by partners.
Identifying risks to the partner that inhibit their stated business goals.
Acting as an escalation point to drive resolution.
Navigating customer organizational structures.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
3+ years of relevant experience.
