Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Associate Partner Success Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for alignment at the leadership level of low touch and tech touch partners, building strong relationships to help them progress on their transformation journey. The Senior Associate Partner Success Manager works with cross-functional teams to help customers accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise.
Role Involves:
- Providing support to cross-functional teams.
- Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of other team members.
- Ensuring partners derive maximum value from their investment.
- Building and nurturing relationships across accounts.
- Monitoring partner usage data, health indicators, and growth opportunities.
- Evangelizing the capabilities of products across the entire platform.
- Identifying risks to the partner that inhibit their stated business goals.
- Acting as an escalation point to drive resolution.
- Navigating customer organizational structures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technical acumen and business management skills.
- Strong knowledge of various business processes.
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.
- Knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business.
- Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
