Lead HR Business Partner, Sales

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to join its People & Culture team, supporting the sales organization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, shaping the people strategy in line with Reddit’s business goals. This role involves supporting senior executives, advising on organizational challenges, and creating scalable solutions.

The Lead HR Business Partner will report to the Senior Director HRBP, Revenue, and will be based in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic thought partner to executive and senior leadership.
• Drive alignment between people strategy and business goals.
• Lead and scale complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Own and resolve complex employee relations cases.
• Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders.
• Collaborate with partners across People & Culture.
• Champion Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts.
• Mentor and advise junior HRBPs.
• Translate workforce trends into strategic actions.
• Shape Reddit’s talent strategy.
• Improve and iterate on leadership and talent management programs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Deep expertise in strategic HR disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Track record of leading complex organizational change.
• Expert in navigating ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• MBA or consulting experience preferred.
