Agency Development Lead, DACH

Job Description

Reddit is seeking an Agency Development Lead to expand its presence in the DACH region. This role will report to the EMEA Head of Agency Development and support DACH Holding Company relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships and innovative business solutions.Reddit is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce.What this role involves:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for key agency groups and holding companies in the DACH region.
• Formulating and executing quarterly/annual Holding Company go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the go-to-market strategy.
• Formulating and negotiating partnership and trading agreements.
• Leading and facilitating educational training on Reddit best practices.
• Providing input to Product Marketing and Product teams regarding advertiser insights.
• Partnering with sales to develop account-level planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in advertising, media partnerships, or agency development, preferably in DACH markets.
• Deep understanding of the agency and holding company landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Proven success in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen and experience building go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
