Agency Development Lead, NL & Nordics

Job Description

Reddit is seeking an Agency Development Lead to expand its presence in the Netherlands and Nordic region. This role will report to the EMEA Head of Agency Development.The Agency Development Lead will be responsible for driving revenue and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships and education programs. The ideal candidate will possess a business-building mindset and collaborate with global agency leads and cross-functional partners.What This Role Involves:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for key agency groups and holding companies in the NL & Nordics region.
• Formulating and executing quarterly/annual Holding Company go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the go-to-market strategy.
• Leading and facilitating educational training to inform best practices for using Reddit.
• Partnering with sales to develop account-level planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in media partnerships, agency development, or advertising sales—preferably within the Dutch & Nordics market.
• Deep understanding of the Nordic agency and holding company landscape.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
• Strong business acumen.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
