RippleMatch is seeking a Business Analyst for one of its partner companies. RippleMatch is an AI-powered job matchmaker that connects job seekers with top employers. The Business Analyst will be responsible for organizing and interpreting large amounts of data, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves:

• Organizing and interpreting large amounts of data
• Interacting with internal team members and external client personnel
• Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, General Business, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related degree
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Proven ability to organize and interpret large amounts of data
• Meticulous, organized and proficient at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedicated, result oriented and ability to learn quickly
• Highly proficient in Excel; SQL and Tableau experience preferred
• Proficiency in the English language
• Previous internship or project experience in business analytics is a plus
