The intern will work with RippleMatch's partner companies, which include hundreds of organizations seeking to hire top talent. RippleMatch's platform matches candidates with suitable employers and job opportunities based on their skills and goals. Leading employers like eBay and Teach For America use RippleMatch to build diverse teams, and Gen Z job seekers trust RippleMatch to launch their careers through the platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and interpreting large amounts of data
- Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Interacting with internal team members and external client personnel
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, General Business, or Business Analytics
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Meticulous, organized and proficient at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated, result oriented and ability to learn quickly
- Highly proficient in Excel; SQL and Tableau experience preferred
- Proficiency in the English language
