Manager, Travel Advisor Engagement (Southwestern Ontario) at Ensemble

Ensemble Travel Group is seeking a Manager, Travel Advisor Engagement to oversee the Southwestern Ontario region. This role involves driving the adoption of technologies, partner programs, marketing tools, and event series to deepen relationships with independent travel agencies.The Manager will analyze member needs, develop long-term relationships, support training events, and gather feedback on Ensemble platforms. They will promote Ensemble programs, achieve monthly platform adoption and transaction targets, and work collaboratively across teams.This position requires travel up to 40% of the time.Responsibilities:

• Analyze travel advisor needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage long-term member relationships.
• Support and lead live training events and attend networking events.
• Collect feedback on Ensemble platforms.
• Promote Ensemble programs.
• Drive results by achieving monthly targets.
• Complete administrative tasks on time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years in sales (travel agency sales preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence behavior change.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Low ego and highly collaborative style.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.
