The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Senior Global Print Producer to oversee the execution of program and project strategies, manage individual projects, and mentor print producers. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are supported across the Production team and for maintaining global consistency in print production.
Role Involves:
Establishing production schedules and capacity requirements.
Managing detailed schedules and budgets.
Optimizing workflows and aligning production milestones.
Preparing workforce projections and budget estimates.
Applying advanced print production principles.
Ensuring global consistency in print touchpoints.
Contributing to the development of new products.
Collaborating on team initiatives around strategy, sustainability, and quality.
Overseeing daily project work and identifying areas for improvement.
Supporting the Manager, Global Print Production in level loading projects.
Building production knowledge across the team.
Requirements:
8+ years of relevant print production and print industry experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Deep knowledge of print production and color management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
ERP and Oracle experience is a plus.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
