Butternut Box, a B-Corp certified dog food manufacturer, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Berlin. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting of Brand Ambassadors across Germany. The ideal candidate will have some recruiting experience and a passion for building a strong, motivated team.Butternut Box is committed to providing healthier, happier, and longer lives for dogs while making their humans smile. The company values sustainability and cares about its employees, products, and environmental impact.Role Involves:- Recruiting Brand Ambassadors nationwide.
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Achieving weekly and monthly hiring goals.
- Using creative sourcing methods.
- Maintaining the candidate pipeline in Greenhouse (ATS).
- Providing reliable reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborating with the Sales team.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Updating job postings and onboarding materials.
- Supporting team events.
- Experience in recruiting (internal or agency).
- Excellent German (C1 level) and good English skills.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and structured goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and grow.
- Passion for dogs.
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Recruiting experience in customer-oriented roles is a plus.
- Bürohunde - dogs are welcome.
