Job Description
Tekion is seeking a Product Manager II to drive impactful initiatives within the Service After Sales domain. This role involves taking ownership of critical workflows spanning the end-to-end customer journey, from scheduling to dispatch to invoice. The Product Manager II will develop deep expertise in these workflows and bring fresh perspectives to complex dealership operations.Tekion is looking for someone naturally curious, adept at identifying patterns across domains, and eager to challenge conventional thinking in reimagining service experiences.Role involves:
  • Leading problem discovery, product strategy, and roadmap definition.
  • Owning end-to-end execution of complex features.
  • Translating dealership and OEM needs into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and implementation teams.
  • Participating in user research and customer discovery.
  • Staying current on trends in service workflows and SaaS best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or workflow-based systems.
  • Ability to connect dots across unrelated domains.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a thirst to learn.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills.
  • Bias toward iteration and curiosity.
