Trailer Park Group is seeking a Freelance Production Coordinator to join their Mirada team. The ideal candidate will be multitasking, highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various internal teams in a fast-paced environment.Mirada, a division of Trailer Park Group, is a cutting-edge content studio that specializes in innovative experiences, commercials, and digital content.What this role involves:
  • Taking clear and accurate notes at meetings and disseminating them promptly.
  • Managing daily content workflows, including downloading, organizing, and delivering video assets.
  • Uploading and archiving large-format files.
  • Working with editorial, graphics & production teams to meet client deadlines.
  • Maintaining records/files for all completed and in-progress work.
  • Managing timelines and due dates.
  • Client communication via emails or phone calls.
  • Ingesting, sharing, and tagging sensitive AV assets.
Requirements:
  • Experience with large project deliveries with multiple tags, formats, and specs.
  • Strong post-production experience preferred.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills related to media asset delivery and management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work long hours under tight deadlines.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive problem-solver.
  • 1+ year related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
