Trailer Park Group is seeking a Freelance Production Coordinator to join their Mirada team. The ideal candidate will be multitasking, highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various internal teams in a fast-paced environment.Mirada, a division of Trailer Park Group, is a cutting-edge content studio that specializes in innovative experiences, commercials, and digital content.
What this role involves: - Taking clear and accurate notes at meetings and disseminating them promptly.
- Managing daily content workflows, including downloading, organizing, and delivering video assets.
- Uploading and archiving large-format files.
- Working with editorial, graphics & production teams to meet client deadlines.
- Maintaining records/files for all completed and in-progress work.
- Managing timelines and due dates.
- Client communication via emails or phone calls.
- Ingesting, sharing, and tagging sensitive AV assets.
Requirements: - Experience with large project deliveries with multiple tags, formats, and specs.
- Strong post-production experience preferred.
- Technical troubleshooting skills related to media asset delivery and management.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Well-organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work long hours under tight deadlines.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Collaborative and proactive problem-solver.
- 1+ year related experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
