Job Description
Labelbox is seeking an AI Solutions Advocate to bridge technical expertise with marketing skills. This role sits at the intersection of the technical, marketing, and sales teams, driving growth by translating AI knowledge into compelling marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a technical or engineering background and an interest in expanding their skills in business, marketing, and strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Define technical solution benefits and positioning for sales and prospects
  • Research AI lab data challenges and evangelize customer success stories
  • Develop assets showcasing Labelbox’s value for AI model training
  • Share technical best practices for solving customer challenges
  • Build compelling product demos highlighting innovations and features
  • Analyze AI industry trends to prioritize future projects
  • Research competitors to identify differences and areas of strength

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of technical experience, ideally at an AI/ML company, or an advanced degree (AI/ML) with hands-on experience using, building, or training AI models
  • Core knowledge of AI, its mechanics, and how AI labs train and enhance AI/ML models
  • Previous experience in software/services marketing or engineering, with demonstrated interest or work in marketing and evangelization
  • Experience collaborating with product management and engineering teams at an AI/ML, cloud, or SaaS company
  • Strong communicator, self-starter with a passion for researching new products/technologies, and enjoys cross-functional teamwork
  • Experience conducting market analysis, developing messaging, and communicating benefits effectively
  • A relentless curiosity and endless enthusiasm to continually improve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS in engineering or a technical field (preferred); MBA is a plus
