Job Description
NewGlobe is seeking a Vice President of Research, Measurement and Evaluation (RME) to lead its RME team. NewGlobe supports governments in transforming public education systems. The VP will report to the Chief Academic Officer and will contribute to the global dialogue on education. The VP will lead a team of directors, managers, writers, and analysts across Research and Data Analytics.

Role involves:
  • Designing and overseeing research studies.
  • Writing research publications, presentations, and policy briefs.
  • Presenting NewGlobe’s research at international conferences.
  • Leading and managing the RME team.
  • Supporting research project management.
  • Responding to time-sensitive analysis requests.
  • Tracking use and impact of RME products.
  • Enhancing research effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Global team management experience.
  • A track record of impact.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • A PhD in a relevant academic discipline.
  • Strong experience using quantitative methods (5+ years).
  • Technical skills in data collection and reporting tools.
  • Prior experience working in international development, with a focus on education.
  • Passion for NewGlobe’s mission.
